Character or honest character means; a sacred feeling in speech, work and thought, which leads people to justice- that means character. Honesty, Devotion of respected person, Righteousness etc. is Signs of honest character. Who is Characteristic; he is not strictly chained by injustice.

He does not be self-rescuer, do not show glory, and do not treat cruelty to anyone. He is truthful, Wondered thinking, Devout of respected person. Character formation depends on the Circumstances.

Formation of the child's character depends on the ideals of parents and other family members. Who is living in that position, his character made is formed like that.

Character formation also depends on teachers in the educational institution outside the family. Besides neighbor, friends and Social environment help to develop of child's character.
