P-3C Orion Touch and Go JMSDF Atsugi 厚木基地

When I was a young kid growing up in the San Francisco Bay Area, I always was able to look up no matter where I was, or what I was doing and have a good chance of seeing a P-3C Orion. There were a few US Navy Patrol Squadrons that were based at NAS Moffett Field at the time. Now that I'm grown, I've been fortunate enough to have the opportunity to view the P-3C up close again. The JMSDF are always flying their P-3's around Tokyo just like I remember when I was kid in San Jose
