I just want to take the time to say,
I think about you everyday,
While your memory fades,
The picture blurs,
But I still feel the same,

I want to take the time to say,
I don’t know who to blame,
We lost each other,
figuring out,
Who we want to be,

Taking time to give to you so you could throw away,
Shows I don’t care about myself as long as you’re okay,
Waiting for your call,
to hear you got home safe,
But now we’re just two people who don’t communicate
