Rag day turn MADNESS in Federal University Otuoke
Just like every other schools around the world that observes a yearly student week where different activities are done for a fixed number of days, the school located in Bayelsa State, Federal University Otuoke in particular is not to be left behind because they are currently observing the first phase of their students week.
