Clean 245 lb. Today is what I call a confirmation of power day. After playing baseball all day and hitting jacks it is hard to know what to do at the gym to not get into an over training situation or putting to much pressure on your shoulder. I have to be able to play at a high level everyday but also don't want to lose my power a month in.
