Linkedin Recommendations π€ - a good way to encourage your team π€©
Linkedin Recommendations are a great way of encouraging your colleagues, your team, your boss and everyone who plays a important role in a company,
project.
Recommending someone in Linekdin is nice when they provide great value and they merit the recommendation. Yes, it is true that sometimes those recommendations can be invasive because you can sync with your colleagues and you xan write predefined recommendations which is not a cool things and doesnβt represent a good thing.
There exists a lot of perfect LinkedIn Recommendations, but also there exists random LinkedIn Recommendations. Writing βοΈ a perfect recommendation is challenging thing, but working with the words sometimes you can archieve your goal.

Some tips to write a good recommendation
- π Focus on delivering value
- Keep it simple and short
- Start with a great skill, and finish it with a powerful touch
- Describe how you know each other
- Focus on skills and collaboration
I recommend following this tips.
Also, send a message to the person if he wants to make any changes to the recommendations, not changing the meaning but just making some improvements.
Hopefully this is helpful for you
Appreciating any feedback
Sincerely
Gianni
