What's up people, how are you? Welcome to a new post, tonight I was doing this angel-themed portrait, I'm getting used to painting portraits again and uploading some content on hive after being almost afk of the platform for several months.

Que pasa gente, como estan? sean bienvenidos a un nuevo post, esta noche estuve realizando este retrato con tematica de angel, estoy acostumbrandome nuevamente a pintar retratos y subir algo de contenido en hive despues de estar varios meses casi afk de la plataforma.

I was looking at some references on pinterest and as soon as I noticed this I liked it a lot, it reminded me of old illustrations I did, there was a time when I was only painting angels, a few days ago I made a fan art illustration of an angel but it was for splinterlands, I used to place the wings on the ears, on the head, a little different from normal.

Estaba viendo en pinterest algunas referencias y apenas note esta me gusto mucho, me recordo a viejas ilustraciones que hice, hubo un tiempo en el que solo estaba pintando angeles, hace unos dias hice una ilustracion de fan art de un angel pero era para splinterlands, yo solia colocar las alas en las parte de las orejas, en la cabeza, un poco diferentes a lo normal.

While I was painting I was talking on discord with some friends, so I got a little distracted from saving the process of the wings and the plumage in general, this time I didn't use Clip Studio Paint just Paint Tool Sai so it has a nice but simple finish without complicated textures in the skin or plumage.

Mientras pintaba estaba hablando por discord con unos amigos, por lo cual me distraje un poco de guardar el proceso de las alas y el plumaje en general, esta vez no use Clip Studio Paint solo Paint Tool Sai asi que tiene un acabado bonito pero simple sin texturas complicadas en la piel ni en el plumaje.

Place a black background that would highlight the light colors of the angel's body, a bright background would have made it lose some details or the character's attention would be scattered throughout the canvas, which I did not want this time.

Coloque un fondo negro que resaltara los colores claros del cuerpo del angel, un fondo brillante hubiera hecho que perdiera algunos detalles o que la atencion del personaje se dispersara en todo el lienzo, cosa que no queria en esta oportunidad.
