ChopChop3D Slicer is in beta

Hi guys !
Very long time, very busy to deliver the first open beta of my baby: ChopChop3D Slicer.
I worked on it for more than 3 years in monk mode.
With good times, bad times, tough times.

So this is the next step.
It is not perfect, as everything, but it is different, it brings something.
There is some learning curve but not a big deal once you dived into.
