Build on good foundations
Was stretching my springs in the sun today when I came across a large derelict building which looks like it hasn't been used in a long time. Even though it looks derelict, someone could go in, renovate and give it a new lease of life. I imagine inside and out used to look fabulous and could one day be made great again.
