Does the new event give more $GODS?

Yesterday, it was introduced that the current Blessing of The Gods event will be prolonged for 4 weeks and will end on the January 24th.
The rewards were also changed:

But what does it mean? Will we get more $GODS per week? At first you might say: of course we will, rewards divided by the number of players in the new event is much higher.

BUT:
At the new four weeks, the number of players is not the number of ALL people, who have played the game in this week, but a number of ELIGIBLE players(played at least 20 games). If you look at the previous week results, there were roughly 30k eligible users.

With this number, we would get 255/30 = 8.5 $GODS for an average number of points (2.4)

In current event, the amount you will get for the average points is 225/30 = 7.5.

So basically you will get a bit more when in the ongoing event.

But don't forget that the number of $GODS depends on the total active players base, if it's closer to the higher limit, you would get less $GODS

For example, if we have 34999 eligible players, we will get only 6.43 $GODS for an average amount, which is 2 $GODS less of the amount we get when there are only 30000 players.
