Have you ever experienced failure due to factors beyond your control?

While leading a sales team, I was overconfident in my abilities. It turned out, after further research, that the problem lay not only with the strategy, but also with the core of our product.

At that point, I realized that the goal was unattainable. Despite this, I tried to focus on the things I could control.

I discussed it with my superiors and recommended several things that consistently failed.

That incident made me realize the importance of critical thinking, not blaming things beyond our control, and focusing on what we can control.
