First I heated the oil in a clean pan and put the chopped onion in it and cook it half fried.

I added small chicken pieces, soya sauce and ginger-garlic paste. Cooked it for 3 to 4 minutes.

When the carrots are fried, I put the chopped vegetables, salt and green chillies in it. Then mix it well and cover with a lid, to cook well over medium heat.

When cooked well, I added chowmein, salt & testing salt in it. Then mix it well with all vegetables.

I fried the eggs in a separate pan. After that I mix the fried eggs with the chowmein and fry the whole chowmein for 2 to 3 minutes, in medium heat. Our Chinese chowmein is ready!
