Red is a color that demands our undivided attention. It is the color of love, anger, danger, and courage. Red brings to mind images of hearts, blood, roses, and sweet strawberries.

Red was the color of the sunset when I told you that I love you. Having been apart from you for months, it was the happiest that I had been in a long time, and red was there to celebrate with us.

Red is the color of raspberries, which was the size of our daughter when we found out I was pregnant. She is my first child, and red marked my arrival into motherhood.

Red is a color that I dye my hair. A fiery hothead -- I find that it suits my personality well! 😂 But I am also loving, fierce, and passionate. My children love my long red hair.

Red is the color that I found myself in artwork during a trip at my grandmother's. A walk through her unfamiliar neighborhood led me to this beautiful masterpiece. I found myself in red.
