1. Firstly; the Bmf.foundation currently deals with ONLY the following exchangenal transactions:
   
   I) PAYPAL & SKRILL to Venezuelan Bolivars
   = prices are posted daily on our partner's page
   
   
   
   
   
   II) PAYPAL to BITCOIN, MONERO & DASH
   = prices are based from Bitfinex + 15,5%
   
   
   
2. Once you are happy with the rates; you will be provided with an address to send the funds to. You will also be instructed to fill out a small form summarizing both parties' business dealings.
   Please note that if you are purchasing Bitcoin, Monero or Dash from us; you will be asked to proove your identity by supplying us with government ID cards, selfies and documents backing your residency.
   
   
   After ensuring that the form is successfully completed and that all the funds are in escrow, the Bmf.foundation staff will then release everything that belongs you. And voila done. The entire ordeal should take max 90-100 minutes, but due to peoples' skeptism, it usually takes +1-2 hours
