from now on I'm going to do some of my work in writing form because I've still been having a heck of a hard time uploading videos here on dtube.
I tried to upload a video about narcissist prevention I don't know if I can get it up. But here is my message for today:
If you learn how to quietly validate yourself instead of needing validation from others you are less likely to become a narcissist.
