My Brain on Quantum What

So, last night, or rather, early this morning, I stumbled upon this YouTube video. It was Lewis Howes interviewing some dude named Joe Dispenza. The title was something like Quantum Manifestation Explained. I was hoping for, you know, a simple explanation. Maybe some tips on how to manifest a winning lottery ticket. What I got was... a whole lot of words I barely understood.

Epigenetics? Quantum what-now? They were talking about rewiring my brain and going to some silent place where my heart and mind are at peace. And then, somehow, through the power of... synchronicity? I can just manifest whatever I want? They made it sound like I could just think myself into a new apartment. Or maybe even a lifetime supply of cupcakes.

I swear, at one point, I thought they were speaking a foreign language. It was like they were talking about fairy tales, but with science-y words. Like, "Go to your happy place, and BAM! A million dollars appears!" If only it were that easy, right?

I tried to rewind a few times, thinking maybe if I listened to it slowly, it would make sense. Nope. Still lost. I'm pretty sure I could cartwheel my way to financial stability faster than I could understand whatever they were talking about.

So, yeah. I spent hours listening to this video, and all I got was a headache and a renewed appreciation for my ability to fry an egg sunny side up. Maybe I'll just stick to what I know.

Until next time,

Still broke, still confused, still waiting for that quantum cupcake.

Officially in my broke era. It's messy, it's confusing, but at least it'll make one hell of a story.
