You must change your mind if anything else is to change and the mind is throughout the body not just in the brain. Imagine if you were to think with every part, every cell of your body. What if the whole system was consciously operated by you as an integrated whole. In the martial art world we are taught to fight someone’s wrist with our entire arm and their arm with both arms, back and legs and if needed their attack should be countered at one point with our entire body. Tell me this is not the best strategy to gain victory. One mind over many! Ark
