Daddy's Code For Bathing!
Hello beautiful community, I believe everyone is doing great. This is my first time of posting here as a Dad. I hope you read and enjoy the post.
Some kids I've seen dislike taking a bath. My daughter enjoys taking baths, but I am aware that the attitude of the bather is mostly to blame for those who don't.
So, here are some things to do for my daughter and possibly other people as well:
Watch out for their early bedtimes. Children are not grownups. They require sound sleep. At most 10 PM, children should be in bed. If they sleep soundly, it will be simpler to wake them up in the morning.
As a father, be upbeat. The time is not now to reflect on politics or sports. You should beam with pride when you bathe your own children.
Have fun with them before bathing them. For me, I carry my daughter about on my shoulders after lifting her. When I lift Smile (my daughter's name), she eagerly calls out to her mum to see if she'll also lift her. Sometimes, I give her some high fives. The most important thing is to engage in playful activities.
Sing in the shower. It's not necessary to have a strong voice. Despite the fact that I cannot sing to save my life, my daughter adores my music. But as long as their father continues singing, she finds it pleasing. On occasion, I simply create songs using her name.
Gently, but thoroughly, scrub them. I suppose the two terms don't go well together, but use sweet words to ease any discomfort they could feel while cleaning. The timing is not right to yell obscenities like "shut up" and "stay quiet." Stop rubbing; it can be uncomfortable.
Wash your face last. Kids enjoy watching and exploring while taking a bath. Last, wash their face. Since Smile dislikes taking a bath at that particular time, I generally tell her, "Smile is the most beautiful girl in the world, and if Smile doesn't wash her face, she will not be a great girl." She instantly calms down while I scrub thanks to those amazing words.
Finally, as a father, you should provide a safe haven for your children, particularly the girls. Sometimes it's best to be firm yet gentle. My girl respond, "Daddy you cannot do that, even when I jokingly squeeze my face and say I'd auction them off because they concern me. It's because they trust my affection. Be a haven. Avoid being a dictator.
It's time to enjoy Daddy bathing times..
