跳绳和仰卧起坐
小家伙一晃已经好多天没有出门啦,虽然学习任务安排的满满的很充实,但是整天学习换谁都晕啊。

小家伙的妈妈想了个办法,那就是在家跳绳,好在房间里有一条小过道很是宽敞,小家伙在过道跳绳完全没有问题。
经过一段时间的练习之后,小家伙的每分钟跳绳成绩已经从30-40次到达80-100次,成绩好的时候,甚至能突破100次每分钟。
为了配合小家伙练习跳绳,我也跟着跳了几次,虽然基本上可以稳定到100以上,但是一分钟下来,累得满头大汗,气喘吁吁啊。
除了跳绳,小家伙还做起了仰卧起坐,虽然是刚开始练,但是一分钟已经能达到35啦,这真是了不起的成绩。
同样是为了配合他,我也做起了仰卧起坐,可是做到15个,我就只能仰卧不能起做了。

看来久不锻炼,这身体素质下降得不得了啊,以后争取和小家伙一起锻炼,让身体都棒棒的。
