Steem Windows Wallet and Miner v0.13.0
Hard Fork
This release implements a hard fork on Mon, 15 Aug 2016 14:00:00 GMT if the majority of witnesses upgrade.
This release will fix the following issues:
- minimal rshares per vote will now be enforced
- new proof of work algorithm that prevents short cut calculations
This is a release tagged on master and is identical to the rc3 release tagged on staging.
