I have been drinking this amazing coffee for 1.5 years now .This has been revolutionising for me , the coffe has helped me loose weight reatain mental focus etc. So now to how to do it
- Choose high quality coffee preferable mold free or grown at high altitude , 100% arabica is the shit!!
- Get a high quality MCT oil preferable C8 caprylic acid
- Find a high quality GHEE from grassfed cows
- Blend this for min 30 sec
- Enjoy
