Busy Monday

This Monday has been very productive for me. It started off with a little walk to the post office and convenience store to spoil Rhet. He picked 10 pieces of gum, a bag of chips, and a drink. It was a nice quiet walk. We even got to play with a neighbor dog. Eric came home for lunch, then this mom got busy cleaning the house. I scrubbed both bathrooms. I never realized how bad urine smelled until our 3.5 year potty trained. I scrubbed all our floors, and done 3 loads of laundry folding it all and putting it away.

I cooked us a great dinner! Deer steak with mashed potatoes and green beans. It was delicious. The deer meat was tender, and had the right amount of juice to it. Then we took the day outside, and let the boys run their energy down. Rhet got a new ATV for his early birthday. He drives all over the yard, and even runs over these. Today he ran into a stop sign, and the side of our storage building. He gets so distracted and forgets to turn then boom!

The night finished with doing a 30 minute boot camp workout with Bob Harper on dvd. I ended up cleaning our bedrooms and organizing our closet and getting it cleaned up. Never realized how much stuff can accumulate in a short time. Now its time to wrangle the boys for a bath and get to bed! Its been a fantastic Monday!!
