Saludos a la comunidad de HIVE, el día de hoy les mostrare un pequeño video y unas imágenes de un dispositivo que es de elaboración casera, para facilitar el trabajo de las personas que venden en la calle masa de maíz tierno.
Greetings to the HIVE community, today I will show you a small video and some images of a device that is homemade, to facilitate the work of people who sell fresh corn dough on the street.
@ysmael20El dispositivo está compuesto por un motor eléctrico de 110 voltios , una polea, una Correa de motor, el molino adaptado y una estructura metal para completar el ensamblado.
The device is composed of a 110 volt electric motor, a pulley, a motor belt, the adapted mill and a metal structure to complete the assembly.
La manera de moler el maíz , es quitando las hojas, después se colocan las mazorcas ya peladas y se procede a picarlas con un cuchillo filoso, para después colocarlo en el dispositivo para que sea molido.
The way to grind the corn is by removing the leaves, then the peeled ears are placed and they are chopped with a sharp knife, and then placed in the device to be ground.
Esta máquina de origen casero, a dado sustento a muchas personas, ya que viven de vender maíz verde molido, y asu vez ofrece una mejor facilidad de que muchas personas, preparen las tradiciones cachapas venezolana, ya que es un delicioso plato en nuestra cultura.
This machine of homemade origin, has given sustenance to many people, since they live by selling ground green corn, and at the same time it offers a better facility for many people to prepare the Venezuelan cachapas traditions, since it is a delicious dish in our culture.
