Phase two.
Phase two of opening the economy starts on Long Island today. Barbers, nail & hair salons, and resturaunts (at 50% capacity) are allowed to open.
Here's the line at my local barber. With no one having been able to get a haircut in over two months, it's no surprise they're busy. I have a feeling it's going to be like this for a few days, but hopefully I can get in one day this week!
