And the last dish from chitwan is "TAAS".
I have eaten this few times before here in chitwan but eating in Bhetghat is my first. Also the word "TAAS" was developed from bhetghat only. What can I say , that goat meat is cooked with perfection Its so well marinated that the taste is so deep inside. Also the spices and that mula ko achar was lit. I'm drooling right now even while posting this thing because the taste is just incredible. Thankfully bhetghat is at Anamnagar as well so I can try it when I'm in ktm too.
