Making more progress

Last week I wrote a post about how I finally managed to get some work done on this project.

it still takes some juggling to get anything done as the rain is still about on and off for who knows how much longer.
besides, there are all the other tasks, the nursery, the markets, coordinating it all.

I sent the above photo to my friend and neighbor to which he responded with the following:
and yes, I have to admit it does look like a cross and the timing, just before Easter is very suggestive 😊

roof planks cut to size and moved to the shed.

main post (1 of 2) gets a 90 degree shave. this point will be the highest point in the (two waters) roof.

next, I make space for the horizontal beam.

precision check.
