Photo shoot with a praying mantis

Well the story behind this shot is quite simple, I came out after a rainy night and saw this beautiful creature!

After the knowledge I’ve gathered from watching NatGeo wild I think it’s the femal cause the female are bigger than their male counterparts.

Further more after talking series of shot on the cemented wet ground I then decided it needed a little twist which I then took it to the little garden behind my house. This is where I continued and took most of the shot.

I used an iPhone 6 to take this shoot.
