Progress Isn't Always Perfect

Hello friends good to be here again, I am trying to push myself as much i can. But still sometimes we are not able to do it , it doesn't matter how hard we try. Sometimes things don't work as we plan, but it doesn't matter. If you have to do something just make up your mind. I am not trying to focus on my health so I am planning a lot for that. Let's see how things will go. I will keep you updated on that. If you are interested to share your health related tips and journey you can join this community.

These are my stats of this week, it was not that much as compared to the last week. But the good things is i was able to consistent that matter at the end. A few days the apps was not working properly that's why it was not showing that much steps but I did walk that day too.

I am also planning to buy a watch what will help me to count my steps more accurately, i think so.
