Bad Habits: The Invisible Chains We Carry
Friends, we all are affected by some bad habit or the other, it can be anything, everyone has his own bad habit, meaning if a person wants to stay healthy and he eats too much sweets, then eating sweets is a bad habit for him. If a person wants to leave something and is not able to leave it, then that is a bad habit for him, similarly bad habits can be different for everyone. Many people consume alcohol but some people do not consider it a bad habit because some people take it regularly and they do not find it bad. Habits seem bad, like if you smoke non-stop, drink alcohol or get addicted to something, then it becomes a bad habit. It becomes very difficult to adopt good habits, bad habits are easily formed, if you are asked to eat healthy food and you are asked to eat junk food, then perhaps you will give more priority to junk food because that is why it becomes available.
Bad habits -:
Bad habit can be different for everyone. If you live with your friends and you do not wake up early in the morning, then you will be told that you stay up till night and wake up late in the morning. This is your bad habit. If you eat too much unhealthy food, then that is also a bad habit. So overall, the definition of bed habit is different for everyone. If you find something wrong for yourself, then that can be a bed habit. So, according to everyone's different choices, their habit is wrong or right.
No one is perfect -:
Take any person, no one around you is perfect, everyone has some or the other shortcomings, it is said that no one is perfect because if someone is perfect then perhaps he is given the status of God, hence perhaps no one is perfect in this world. Do you think that anyone around you is perfect, we think some people are, but I feel that only those people pretend to be civilized who are not in reality and someday their mask gets removed.
It is not easy to keep everyone happy -:
See, many times it happens that whatever you want to do is not liked by other people, so it is not necessary that you should listen to people all the time, I will not say that you should become a rebel kit and should not listen to people at all, but there are some things which are not good for you and you feel that it causes harm to you, then you have to take a selfie and think about yourself, if you are not able to do this then it can prove to be a problem for you.
Accept the Reality -:
Before you take any action, accept the problem you are dealing with. If you want to be healthy, then first you must accept the fact that you are blind. Only after that, you will be able to follow the process. If you are not healthy, then you will probably never be able to become healthy. So the first thing you have to do is to accept that reality and pay attention that only after that, you should take steps in that journey which can prove beneficial for you.
And I think you can break any habit if you want to, and you can adopt any habit. You just have to be determined and have the power of self-control to choose between giving up and adopting things.
