My asian vegetables
My Philippines vegetables.. I bought it in the Asian store in the city .I drove 1 hour from home.
I bought different type of vegetables like Okra, yellow squash,eggplant, papaya, ampalaya,batong(string beans)malung gay, kangkong. Even Though it's expensive, I still bought it because I ate it very seldom since I lived in Norway. missing a lot of this type of food.
i made a pinakbet mix of veggies with meat and some spices and seasoning mix, and some of the veggies i made it soup.
what else you on the pic is my homemade bread,in the making.
