To the Beach! ⛱️ 🏖️ [En-Es]

Yesterday, I finally had the chance to go to the beach after 4 years. It sounds weird. I live near the sea, but I don't go that often. Well, you must have realised this from my previous sentences. We are currently in Easter. Around here, there are two sides of the coin. Some people go to the church; others, to the beach.

The water was really cold and the beach kept drawing people in as the hours went. It was an interesting experience since I made some new friends, but I was the only one of the group without a kid. Perks of stepping into the 30s. Everyone has a kid, or is married, or are single parents. Weird age.

Nonetheless, I wanna thank @soyanafuentes for taking me with her and having a great time under the sun and over the sand of the Caribbean.

¡A la Playa!

El día de ayer rompí mi racha de años consecutivos sin ir a la playa. Habían pasado 4 años desde la última vez que puse un pie en la arena y dentro del mar. Esto no tiene sentido porque la playa está muy cerca. Actualmente, nos encontramos en Semana Santa. Las personas se toman estos días para una de dos cosas, o ambas. Unos van a la iglesia; otros, a la playa.

El agua estaba helada, pero eso no fue una limitante para que las personas siguieran acercándose a la playa a medida que las horas pasaban. Fue una experiencia genial porque hice amigos nuevos. Aunque resulta que era el único sin hijos. Los treintas son una edad extraña. Todos o tienen hijos, o están casados o son padres solteros.

De cualquier manera, le quiero agradecer a @soyanafuentes por llevarme a la playa con ella. Cualquier excusa para salir y llenarse de la sal del Caribe es buena.
