Hello there, coffee lovers!

I have heard of coffee before workouts, but what about coffee after them? The idea is that caffeine helps you prevent muscle fatigue. There are studies about it. I have not read them. I just like to take coffee in the mornings and after I wake up. It is not with an empty stomach though. That is kind of harsh.

So I generally get up early. Loaf on bed for a while. Then get up. Go to the bathroom. Then have breakfast. And finally I get coffee in my system.

This most work in some way. After these two weeks of gym, I have never had problems working out. I do not get tired during the sessions. I do get tired afterwards. It is usually when the muscles cool down that I start feeling sore and groggy.

That is when the coffee comes back in the menu. I go for another coffee with my girlfriend. This is more of a short date than an actual thing related to training. It does help to stay alert on the way back home.

It seems that whether I exercise or not. Coffee is a constant in my lifestyle. And it does serve a purpose. Now I also have it as a pre-workout. Who would have thought about it!
