The Delayed Club House

Looking for options to get the best deal for your money is always a nice way to spend the last part of a date. To start, the part of eating was not planned out. We were out having coffee and then looking at some things to buy among tools and other goodies. When the time came to go get the bus, I was surpoeSed to find out I could not take any. All buses were going to other places since one of the main streets was closed due to the events to celebrate the foundation of the city. So I had to come back and spend some more time with my girlfriend.

That was not bad, we went shopping for some things and ended up getting this club house at Galerias Supermarket. The sandwich is big. It is like the club house that I always imagine. Three levels of a sandwich cut in triangles and placed with fries on a place. It has bacon, chicken, lettuce, tomato, ketchup, mayonnaise and the signature toothpick to keep everything together.

The sandwich was ok. The pricing was good. The only bad part of this food is that it takes too long to get served. Everything in that supermarket takes too long. It seems pricing has a trade off with the quality of service.

We even had an extra ration of fries coming out of the kitchen after we had finished eating the club house. So more fries, but too much waiting.

This looks like a fine way to get something cheap to eat while you are buying groceries. It might even give you all the time in the world to get your basket or cart full before your food is ready.
