DIY Shorts: Some Assembly Required [ASMR]

I'm excited to announce the beginning of a new DIY project of an instrument that was commissioned this year. It seems crazy to only have one or two of these projects a year, but taking into consideration how long it takes, it isn't crazy anymore. Plus, I have the added benefit of being able to record every step of the process to keep adding to my luthier portfolio.

This is the first stage of every instrument. Of course, I only buy cut pieces since I don't have a table saw to make the cuts myself. That's I don't have it yet!

Some assembly might be required to have a functioning instrument!

Es de mi agrado informar que comienza un nuevo proyecto para la serie de cortos DIY. Este es un instrumento que alguien pidió este año. A veces, resulta extraño tener uno o dos tipos de proyectos como este al año; pero teniendo en cuenta el tiempo que toman, no es tan loco. En mi caso, tengo la dicha de poder documentar cada paso del proceso para añadir a mi portafolio de luthier.

Así se ve un instrument en su primera etapa. Claro, compro piezas cortadas porque no tengo una sierra de banco para hacer los cortes yo mismo. ¡No tengo una una, todavía!

Se requiere hacer un poco de ensamblado para que funcione la cosa.
