Happy New Year!
As the year draws to an end, I thought I would make one last post here on hive.
2022 has been an amazing year for me, I have completed my first year of my university degree, been out and about and explored lots and lots of areas while taking heaps of photos.
While some other things happened like the beginning of the crypto bear market, HIVE is still an awesome community of people and it's awesome to see so many people sticking through the harder times.
I thought I would share two recent images as my last post for the year.
On monday night (Boxing Day) I went down to the coast to capture the aurora over the coast. The aurora australis looks amazing in pictures, but is very barely visible to the naked eye here in Victoria.
This first image was taken when the moon was still up. The second image was taken shortly after the moon set and shows how extreme the colours got!
Wishing everyone a safe and happy new year and I hope you all had an amazing Christmas. Let me know if you prefer the moonlit shot or the image with the full show.
Thanks for reading and looking at my post!
