Do you consider your self fit/healthy
Hello guys thank you for being here today. I'm happy to talk about something that matters to all of us health and fitness
1 "Fit"means:
To be fit means that your body is in good condition. A physically fit person usually has good strength, stamina, flexibility,and distances,run lift things,and do everyday tasks without feeling tired or weak. Physical fitness often comes from regular exercise, like walking, jogging, playing sports,or doing home workouts.Being fit also help prevent illnesses and injuries because your muscles and bones become stronger.
keeping fit means having good physical straight, stamina,and endurance being able to exercise, walk,or work actively without easily getting tired, maintaining a healthy weight and good muscle tone.
"Healthy"means
on the other hand,to be healthy means more than just being physically strong.it means your body is working the way it should. A healthy person eats a balanced diet with the right amount of nutrients ,drinks enough water, gets enough sleep, and avoids harmful habits like smoking or drinking too much alcohol. Health also include mental health, which is about how you feel emotionally. If you feel stressed, anxious,or sad all the time,you may not be fully healthy, even if your body is strong.
Being fit and healthy is very important for living a good and happy Many people think that being fit and being healthy means the same thing,but they are actually different,even though they are connected.Let us take a clorser look at what these two words really means.
Some people say "yes"because they exercise, eat well,and feel good most of the Others may say "not really" if they feel tired often, don't eat right, or have health problem the need to work on. it's okay to be honest-what matters is knowing where you stand and being willing to improve.
The are three Main Parts of Being Healthy:
Physical Health-This means your is working properly. You do not have pain, infections,or diseases.
Mental Health- You feel happy,calm,and able to handle stress or problems in. You are not always sad or anxious.
Health living Habits-You eat good food, drink clean water,sleep enough, and avoid bad habits like smoking or eating too much junk food.
Can you be fit but not healthy?
Yes,it is possible.someone may go to the gym and look strong,but if they smoke, don't sleep well,or are always stressed, they are not truly Another person may eat healthy food and sleep well but never exercise-so they are healthy but not physically fit.
so, when someone asks if you consider yourself fit and healthy,they are asking if you take care of your body and mind. it's not just about looks or muscles. It's about having energy,not getting sick often, feeling emotionally balanced,and being able to handle everyday tasks and challenges.
