Vinyasa in the morning: Inverted Yoga Flow
Hello to my dear friends of the Full Deportes community!!! It's a pleasure to be here once again! I wish you are having a beautiful day.
This morning I got up and practiced some Yoga, just before filming this video for you.
This time I share with you a short flow that is quite complete as it has a brief warm up applied with our beloved Surya Namaskara (Sun Salutation), and then we see some extensions, push-ups and even Sirsasana (Headstand pose).
I really enjoyed it, and although my left shoulder hurts a bit, I must say that challenging a my triceps, biceps and deltoids, did me a lot of good, in fact I have been pain free for the rest of the day.
As I comment in the video, I share it to give you ideas and also to exchange with you more of my practice, but to do "Sirsasana" it is very important that at the beginning you have someone to guide you and/or take care of you.
The posture does not require strength per se (of course this helps a lot), but the posture is based on the technique of its assembly, so it is key to know how to do it.
Several months ago I left a video about this, but soon I will be uploading another one, so you can have an idea, although I still insist that it would be better that a teacher or someone who already does Sirsasana, guide you at the beginning.
I hope you like the flow my dear friends!!
