Inverted Yoga: flow from candle pose, Salamba Sarvangasana
Hello to my dear friends of the Full Deportes community! I hope you are having a beautiful day! In this opportunity I will share with you a flow that I perform from the candle posture, in Sanskrit known as Salamba Sarvangasana.
The actual time of this flow has been 11 minutes, of course in the video is accelerated so you can see it.
If you have experience with this posture, it is a safe flow to do, since most of the variations feel like a game at the time of putting them into practice, however there is a fundamental precaution that you must have and it is your cervical spine.
From this posture it is essential that you look only towards your feet and do not turn your head to the sides. In addition, always keep the buttocks and abdomen active is a great tip to protect the lumbar area from possible tensions.
At the end of this flow, closing with the Fish Pose is also quite important, as it allows to open the throat area that was closed with the Candle Pose, and in this way, the flow of energy remains balanced in the organism.
It is a powerful flow, because it allows the blood to have better and greater irrigation to the brain. Since we are most of our time (if not always) in the opposite position, encouraging our brain to have more blood flow allows relaxation, lucidity, rejuvenation of cells and greater oxygenation.
Ojalá puedas probarla, claro coque siempre escuchando a tu cuerpo.
On the other hand, these postures greatly promote the connection with oneself and with "the whole". This is because these asanas act mainly on the third eye and crown chakras, which link us with our own intuition and with a common consciousness that exists among all (in short), but in addition, there is sexual, heart and throat chakra activity as well, in the realization of the different movements.
It is a different sequence, but very complete. I hope you can try it, of course, always listening to your body.
