YOGA PARA RETOMAR LA ACTIVIDAD FÍSICA
Hola mis queridos amigos de la comunidad de Full Deportes en la plataforma de Hive, espero que estén pasando un día maravilloso! En esta ocasión les traigo un post para retomar la actividad física incluso después de haberla dejado durante más de un mes.
Creo que Yoga es una actividad excelente para esto, ya que permite activar todo el cuerpo de manera lenta y consciente, para prepararlo nuevamente para cualquier actividad que hayamos dejado en pausa, desde alguna de bajo impacto, hasta otra de alto impacto con mayor desafío y exigencia física.
A veces no nos damos cuenta, o no tenemos un acompañamiento adecuado para retomar o iniciar un deporte o práctica, y lo arrancamos “de una”, sin ambientar al cuerpo y sin acostumbrarlo al movimiento.
En mi caso, cuando pasan más días de lo que acostumbro sin hacer Yoga o sin salir a correr y entrenar, suelo tomarme unos 5 días para “calentar” al cuerpo no en la práctica propiamente dicha, sino en lo que será un regreso a mi entrenamiento cotidiano.
Esta breve práctica es una que suelo hacer, ya que moviliza todas las articulaciones y va permitiendo que el cuerpo “recuerde” los movimientos y que nuevamente se adapte a ellos.
Incluye una parte de “despertar” de articulaciones y músculos y la otra de activar con algunos Saludos al Sol: una secuencia de asanas breve pero muy poderosa que ha servido de entrenamiento en el ejército en la India.

YOGA TO RESUME PHYSICAL ACTIVITY
Hello my dear friends of the Full Deportes community on the Hive platform, I hope you are having a wonderful day! This time I bring you a post to resume physical activity even after having left it for more than a month.
I think Yoga is an excellent activity for this, as it allows us to activate the whole body in a slow and conscious way, to prepare it again for any activity that we have left on pause, from a low impact one, to a high impact one with greater challenge and physical demand.
Sometimes we do not realize, or we do not have an adequate accompaniment to resume or start a sport or practice, and we start it "at once", without setting the body and without accustoming it to the movement.
In my case, when more days pass than usual without doing Yoga or without going out to run and train, I usually take about 5 days to "warm up" the body not in the practice itself, but in what will be a return to my daily training.
This short practice is one that I usually do, as it mobilizes all the joints and allows the body to "remember" the movements and adapt to them again.
It includes a part of "awakening" of joints and muscles and the other part of activating with some Sun Salutations: a short but very powerful asana sequence that has served as training in the army in India.

With the exercises presented in this video, you can resume your activity and listen to your body, since with each movement you will also be able to hear what you need to strengthen or stretch more to prevent injuries or muscle exhaustion.
