
Saludos amiga, en ocasiones resulta complicado preparar la comida de los niños, a muchos no les gustan los vegetales, otros prefieren frutas o una comida en específico que luego la aburren y cada día es un desafío preparar un platillo agradable y saludable para ellos, en cuanto a los que requieren una dieta específica, la creatividad se multiplica para combinar sabores, texturas y colores que aporten los nutrientes necesarios, en los niños con TEA la alimentación es realmente importante y determinante en algunos casos.
