Es/ En Dulce de cereza/Cherry sweet

Hola mis queridos amigos de esta comunidad me siento muy agradecida con Dios por permitirme estar una vez mas aquí con esta gente hermosa, haciéndole entrega de este nuevo contenido esperando sea de su agrado.

hoy les traigo esta receta facil y sencilla de hacer de este rico dulce de cerezas que hice en leña para la venta. Aquí en nuestro pueblito donde nací (tucupido) venezuela este fruto lo llamamos cereza.

Los siguientes ingredientes son:
1- las cerezas preferiblemente entre verdes y un poco maduras
2- 1/2 kilo de azúcar.
3- agua
4- clavito de especie.

Luego hacemos el procedimiento esto es fácil solo lavamos las cerezas, las colocamos en un recipiente con agua.

2- le agregamos la azúcar, los clavitos de especies, y removemos constantemente hasta que quede bien cremoso. Una vez que este bien rojizo lo quitamos del fuego y lo dejamos reposar.

Este dulce lo podemos untar en el pan, galletas. Entre otros

Cherry sweet

Hello my dear friends of this community, I feel very grateful to God for allowing me to be here once again with these beautiful people, giving you this new content, hoping you will like it.

Today I bring you this easy and simple recipe to make this rich sweet cherry that I made on firewood for sale. Here in our little town where I was born (tucupido) Venezuela we call this fruit cherry.

The following ingredients are:
1- the cherries preferably between green and a little ripe
2- 1/2 kilo of sugar.
3- water
4- species nail.

Then we do the procedure, this is easy, we just wash the cherries, we place them in a container with water.

2- we add the sugar, the spice clavitos, and stir constantly until it is very creamy. Once it is very reddish, we remove it from the heat and let it rest.

We can spread this sweet on bread, cookies. Among others
