When people say that 24 hours is not enough, I understand them

There are days when time seems to run so fast that I can barely keep up But I’ve also come to realize that 24 hours is actually enough it all depends on how I manage it.
For me, time management hasn’t been easy It’s something I’ve had to learn through mistakes and experiences

I remember one week when I had so much to do house chores, work deadlines, and community activities all at once I kept postponing things, thinking I had time, until everything piled up and left me completely stressed
That moment made me realize that if I don’t take charge of my time, I will always feel overwhelmed.

Since then, I’ve tried to be more intentional. One simple habit that helps me is planning my day ahead. Before going to bedI write down the key things I must do the next day. It gives me direction when I wake up and saves me from wasting time deciding what to start with

I also practice setting priorities. Not everything needs to be done at once. I focus first on the most important tasks, even if they are difficult. Once I finish them, the rest of the day feels lighter
Of course, distractions are still a big challenge. Sometimes I pick up my phone to check something small, and before I know it I’ve wasted an hour scrolling
Now I try to put my phone aside when I really need to focus. It’s not always easy, but it helps me a lot
I’ve also learned the importance of rest. Before, I thought being busy all the time meant being productive.

But I discovered that without rest, I lose energy and waste more hours
A short nap or a walk outside often recharges me and makes me more effective
For me, time management is about balance. Some days I get it right, some days I fail, but I keep trying
