Sleepy Sunday. My Actifit Diary: July 12 2026

It was Sunday. We slept in, I went to the market and got almost everything I needed/wanted. Ellie had to leave early since she was a godmother for a confirmation, and I successfully retracted myself from that equation. It’s not my kind of thing to sit in the church for 2h and get mad about how disrespectful everyone is. I’m not religious. But in a house of faith, one should act with respect, without watching reels on high volume, dressed accordingly to the customs of the host religion. Here, people go to church in soccer jerseys. It’s not a believe, but a custom.

The parties after are not my thing either. Sitting around, eating a lot, drinking a lot, generally extremely loud music blasting. So I stayed at home. Walked around a little, played Call of Duty and Splinterlands and such. I should’ve taken a nap, but I didn’t. So when Ellie finally came back, I was very tired and we went to bed early.

Oh, I also had another fight with Lily’s mom. Basically her accusing me of everything that she is doing. And, as always, telling me what a bad person I am, threatening me to cut all contact with Lily, and so on. Ellie was more shook up by it than I, but I admit that it does flare the fear of maybe not seeing Lily for a very, very long time. Which we will survive. But it’s still sad.

So far, today is almost over. I could write the next Diary right away… :-D Thank you for ready, have a great day!
