[brainwashing as champagne]
Brainwashing doesn’t come as evil.
Brainwashing comes as something beautiful wrapped in deceit.
It is a cunning, perhaps even witty power that pours itself into our eyes, mouths and ears
Like a light champagne, we feed greedily on it until the morning where it becomes a thick tar in the depth of our souls
Scrub at the filth all you want, it will be in vain, the damage has been done.
