1 YEAR ANNIVERSARY BEAR & BEE!!!

Hey friends! Ok this post is very special, as its our 1 year anniversary! We managed to record and share this special day with you! Not all of it.... so dont get too excited! hahah there is just some moments we brought you along with us :) hehehe Hope you enjoy it!! The dinner was fantastic and you can see the pictures below!! The restaurant was L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon. 

The food was delicious and it was great overlooking the open kitchen. The atmosphere was so sweet and amazing too! We had a 5 course tasting menu which I would recommend! The quail was amazing. They also arranged an extra plate for our anniversary!

LES LANGOUSTINES

Langoustine and basil in crunchy angel hair, mango and passion fruit dressing

LE MAQUEREAU

Mackerel with smoked herring roe, delicate horseradish cream, white pickles

Foie gras torchon, pear and cocoa, marbled brioche

L’OEUF COCOTTE

Poached egg with wild mushrooms, aged sherry and crispy bacon

Hand dived scallop, smoked potato mousseline and sage jus

LA TRUITE SAUMONEÉ

Lightly smoked sea trout, spring forage and buttermilk

Caramelised quail stuffed with foie gras, truffled mashed potatoes

LE PIGEON

Supreme of pigeon and foie gras wrapped in cabbage

Crunchy praline, vanilla mousseline and chocolate sorbet

Variations of milk and honey with elderflower ice cream

I must say the portions are sooo tiny!!!! But we had the whole loaf of bread to fill us up! hahah! Look at my handsome man!
