I'll Take This One Burden Off the World

Greetings to all my ghanian's, On this prompt there are lots of global issues that we can not solve finish, because problem no dey finish for this world we're are, everyday from one problem to another, that's how life has been and that's how it will continue to be. Some morning, it feels like we wake up to a world on fire. We're all just trying to survive one bad thing after another. That is the situation we are now.

But as far as i'm concern on this global issue, if i could take one weight off the world's shoulders, what will come to my mind is Poverty. Yes, that's what i'll be willing to take off, we all know poverty is a disease, one biggest problem we're all facing in the world today. You know Poverty is not just about lack of money, poverty steal dignity and value. Poverty decide who get to eat, because there are times we find it difficult to even eat just because there's no money to get the food, even some that eat, is not eating what they really want.

Also poverty decide who get dream, there are many dreams we all have in mind, we all pursuing hoping we could achieve it, but most times poverty stop us in pursuing what can actually change our status and story, it put limit on us and make us be little ourselves , thinking that we can not achieve what we want. Poverty also decide who get to rest because not having money is one of the thing that won't give you rest of mind, is one of the thing that will make you to be working 10 hrs instead of 6 hours, that's why to rest won't be easy. Poverty limit potential before it even has a chance to breathe.

I've seen alot of things poverty does to people, how it harden them in some ways, and soften them in others. I have seen kids who grow up to o fast, parent who skip meals ,so their children could eat. Alot is really happening judt because of this poverty issue. Imagine a talented person who never got to show the world what he had because life demanded survival, and not expression. I just can't stop thinking the whole situation, what would this world look like if no one had to choose between food and rent? Between medicine and School fees? And between hope and reality. That is what poverty can make us do. Being in a situation that we won't have choice than to choose is a very bad thing.

Let me say maybe we will all breathe a little deeper, move a little freer and be a little kinder. Having said this, Poverty will be that one burden i'll be willing to take off in the world if i have the chance.
