Brian Quintenz, a Commissioner at the United States Commodity Futures Trading Commission, has argued against the Securities and Exchange Commission’s (SEC) grounds for not approving a Bitcoin exchange traded fund (ETF). The future for higher volumes are ETFs in his opinion.
