Connection

Have you ever felt like certain meetings in life are never accidental? Like there is this invisible magnetic pull slowly guiding us toward someone, without us even realizing it.

Through my latest project, which I’ve freshly completed, I wanted to capture how that meeting of minds actually happens in the quiet depths of our subconscious. I call this one "Connection".

Here, we have two souls drifting in their own separate orbits. I envisioned one burning in warm, fiery red, while the other is wrapped in a cool, quiet blue. They are polar opposites, yet somehow, they are two halves of the same whole.

The moment their frequencies suddenly align, their subconscious bypasses everything to find a shortcut. Like two foreign waves seeking each other out through the dark, until they finally snap into the exact same wavelength. Guarded by the winged archers and the ancient wheel of time spinning in the background, I wanted to show that every meeting of souls is the most beautiful cosmic art of all.

Anyway, I have a little confession, I kind of hate combining red and black. It genuinely hurts my eyes. Yet, somehow, I absolutely love it when these colors finally come together and harmonize in the end. That’s probably why I’ve been using red so much lately, even though it literally gives me an eye strain during the process. Lol.
