5 Minute Freewrite: Friday - Prompt: Dude

"Dude, can you help me?"! He asked in a deep voice.

"What happened?" I asked hesitantly.

"I want to buy food for my family; I don't have money. You seem a decent a guy so I asked you, I am not a beggar, but I am helpless." 

The guy was same as mine age. He seemed a needy guy so I took 20$ from my wallet and gave him. I saw a spark in his eyes as soon he looked at 20$. It was like a treasure for him and this single note was a whole life for him. He fisted the note, look at me and said: "dude, you will get more than what you gave me."

After he left I looked at the sky and thanks Lord that he gave me everything I wanted in my life, more than I deserved.

This was the first #freewrite prompt I attempted. Let me know in the comment section, how is it and how can I make it better? and the flaws in my writing. I would appreciate all of your critiques.
