When it comes to mood, people typically say it's spring when you feel a special warmth after the cold, or they recall winter, when it's pitch dark and cold, and when you're in a bad mood.
I'm not against spring, but life is such that situations can't always be compared to spring and winter; it could be a transitional season.
In fact, I don't really want to imagine the state of autumn in my soul: cold rain, a chill like the sight of a trembling aspen tree; it's not winter, but it's cold.
And no one mentions summer, especially one as hot as this year. In this heat, I'll probably eat a piece of cake without much appetite, I won't be buzzing, and its presence in my stomach might not bring spring to life, although... if I wash it down with a cool mojito... then! :)
